What is the minimum stay?
Normally there’s a 2 Night minimum booking, but we are happy to see what we can do on shorter booking where availability permits. Please check with us for those special cases. Contact us

How do I pay and when do I pay?
Payment in full is required to confirm your booking. We take all major credit cards and paypal. For further information on payment and cancellation policies please refer to our terms and conditions page. Term & Conditions

How do I book an apartment?
Couldn’t be easier just go to Book It, and fill out the form to check availability, or go to contact us and use the best number for you.

How many people can stay in the apartment?
The number of people is limited to the number of beds and sofa beds. In some apartments extra beds can be provided and this will be at a charge to be agreed at the time of booking.

What is the check in and check out procedure?
Check in is after 3 pm on the day of your arrival and we ask you to check out by 10am on the day of your departure. We operate a self check in system where you can access apartment any time after 3pm. Your key arrangements will be explained in the booking confirmation.

What is the Cancellation Policy?
Due to very high demand, bookings for our apartments are almost invariably made well in advance. It is very difficult, therefore, to re-let an apartment after a booking has been cancelled particularly at short notice. However, we will make every reasonable effort to re-let your apartment.

Do I need to pay a security deposit?
If you do not have a credit card available to cover unpaid bills of loss of damage on your departure, you will be required to pay a security deposit ($500 for stays up to 5 days and from $1000 for longer stays) on your arrival. We will keep the deposit during your stay and until we can confirm there are no pending phone bills nor any additional cleaning nor damage or loss in the apartment.

Is smoking allowed in the apartment?
Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment, however most of the apartments have balconies where smoking is permitted.

How often will the apartment be cleaned?
All of our apartments have a daily maid service with fresh towels and full clean and linen change once each week during your stay. If you wish to have more regular than this then it can be arranged for a small additional fee.

Please note that we do expect the apartment to be left in reasonable condition and we will deduct the costs of additional cleaning from your deposit if deemed necessary.

Are pets allowed to stay in the apartment?
We have some apartments where we can consider pets, however a charge will be made and a deposit of $500 required. Please check with us regarding availability. Regrettably no pets, other than registered guide and hearing dogs belonging to those with visual and hearing impairments, are allowed in some of the apartments under any circumstances.

When will I receive the confirmation of the booking?
We will confirm your reservation once payment has been received for the total cost of your stay. Within 24 hours you will receive confirmation of your booking and your arrival information pack.

Can I get a refund if I leave earlier than expected?
If you need to leave sooner that you thought, we will do what we can to obtain a refund of accommodation charges for the rest of your stay. However, any refund will depend on the apartment being re-let and may have to charge you a a cancellation fee.

What will happen to lost property?
If you forget anything – don’t worry we will contact you and keep them for 3 month after your departure (unless its to big).
